Virtual Group Program: Creating a Life of Purpose

Moon Mama’s signature program, this is an 8-week virtual group retreat for women who are seeking more focus, balance, and energy in their life. This program is a unique blend of self-care and self-exploration to help you define what a life of purpose looks like to you. 

Do you give so much to others that you have little left for yourself, day after day? Do you know that something needs to change in your life, but you’re not exactly sure what or how to implement changes for positive results?

When we’re too caught up in the day-to-day and nitty gritty of life, we lose sight of who we are and what’s most important to us. This intimate group program will provide you with the guidance, resources and accountability to create a blueprint (that’s unique to YOU!) for a more inspiring and meaningful life. You’ll learn real, practical ways to address your life’s questions while learning to nourish your true self. 


What does this program include?

  • Eight virtual group calls, 75-90 minutes in length every week
  • Weekly themes, guided meditations, journal prompts and exercises that guide you to connect with your higher self and future goals
  • One 30-minute personal check-in with Katie during the program
  • An online community for ongoing support, questions, and inspiration during the program
  • Post-program resources for continued personal growth
  • A complimentary 20-minute follow-up session post-program to see how you're doing

Q: This sounds super interesting, but I’m already busy enough! What is the total time commitment for the program over the 8-week period?
A: This program gives you devoted time each week to spend on your own personal well-being. Total time each week will vary depending on how invested you are in the supplementary exercises, new learning material and self-care practices. A good gauge would be to plan for an average of 2-3 hours per week (includes virtual group calls). 

Q: I have to miss a class. Are there any make-up sessions?
