In one-on-one coaching, we partner together to get you on track to achieving your personal wellness and life goals.

Even more importantly, we work together to identify the stories and barriers that are standing in your way to living as the highest version of yourself.

What does 1:1 Coaching include?

  • Month 1: Weekly 60-minute Skype or in-person meetings (if in Austin, TX) 

  • Month 2 & 3: 45-minute Skype or in-person meetings twice monthly

  • Email access in between meetings as needed

  • Worksheets, at-home activities and additional reading and suggestions specific to your needs for further self-inquiry and on-going support


This is for you if:

  • You feel that you make time for everyone else’s needs, but never your own -- and it’s showing up in either physical, emotional or psychological symptoms
  • You feel like you’ve lost your sense of self (or part of yourself) recently or over the years
  • You often feel too tired and burned out to practice healthy lifestyle behaviors, like eating well, exercising or having productive alone time
  • You are experiencing a life transition, and want to feel a little more at ease during this time
  • You want to feel more energized, confident, and balanced in your life
  • You seek clarity in answering the question “What am I doing with my life?” 
  • You have high standards for your life, and would benefit from an extra layer of accountability
  • You are ready to commit to a minimum of 3 months to your long-term vision of optimal health and well-being

Together, we will:

  • Create a clearer vision of your values, desires, and the things that bring meaning to your life long-term
  • Create a personal self-care plan that helps you to stay grounded, reduce stress, and stay connected to your innermost wisdom
  • Filter through what is and isn’t working in your current life and lifestyle, and explore the positive shifts necessary for your optimal health and wellness
  • Explore mindfulness practices and self-care strategies that can be implemented in your life right away
  • Explore what the highest version of yourself -- your best self -- looks like
  • Set achievable nutrition and exercise goals that become habitual rather than a struggle
  • Establish a safe and non-judgemental partnership that enables you to be your beautiful, brilliant self
